Slavcho Nikolov

Graduated from the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov", major in opera singing /bachelor degree/ in the class of prof. Prof. Assen Selimski and Master's degree in opera directing at New Bulgarian University in the class of Assoc. Prof. Nina Naydenova and Prof. Simeon Simeonov.

Since 2012 he has been a director at the State Opera - Stara Zagora and the State Opera - Plovdiv. His first solo performance was an opera for children "The Merry Musicians" by Al. Vladigerov.

Next came "The Barber of Seville" by Rossini /adaptation for children/, nominated for the "Crystal Lyre" Award of the Union of Music and Dance Artists in Bulgaria in the category "Production Team" (2013).
Since 2017 he has been Deputy Director of the State Opera-Stara Zagora.
